Super Intelligently Factory

We are proud to announce our new super smart factory, a testament to our commitment to innovation and efficiency. The factory has been redesigned to reduce the production line from 500 meters to just 112 meters. This has resulted in a significant reduction in the number of steps required to produce a mirror, from 8 to 3. In addition, the factory has been outfitted with a host of new intelligent equipment that allows us to produce a finished mirror in just 15 seconds.

As a result, our factory is more efficient, produces higher quality mirrors, and is more sustainable. The shorter production line and the simplified process require less energy and resources, which helps to reduce our environmental impact.

Production Equipment

At Mirrotic, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality mirrors possible. We use state-of-the-art equipment and processes to ensure that our mirrors are accurate, durable, and beautiful.

Our production process begins with cutting the glass to the desired size. We then use a CNC machine to edge the glass to the desired shape. Finally, we use robots to grind the glass to a smooth finish.

In addition to these basic steps, we also offer a variety of additional services, such as filming, laser engraving, sandblasting, and sawing. We use the latest technology and equipment to ensure that these services are of the highest quality.

As a result of our commitment to quality, we are able to produce mirrors that are consistently accurate, durable, and beautiful.

Testing Equipment

Mirrotic mirrors are subjected to rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards. We use a state-of-the-art testing program that includes:Salt spray testing, High and low temperature testing, Switch function and life testing, Electrical parameter testing and so on.

Our testing procedures are strictly followed to ensure that our mirrors are of the highest quality. This means that you can be confident that you are getting a mirror that will last for years to come.
